Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka is the Head Professor of Koshiki Karatedo and Senior Shihan of Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo at the So-Hombu dojo. He is the son of Hanshi Masayuki Hisataka<\/a><\/span> the present Headmaster of Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo and the grandson of Kaiso Masayoshi Hisataka<\/a>,<\/span> the founder of Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo.<\/a> Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka began his karatedo career at the age of 3 years old under the tutelage of Hanshi Hisataka.<\/p>\n

He was a student of Yasuda Gakuen High School where he also earned a 1st Dan in Judo while continuing to practice Karate. Later, he graduated from the Faculty of Bioresources Forest Resource Science Department of Nippon University. During his university studies he taught Karate in Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Amongst his many martial arts achievements he was World Karate Champion of the 1989 World Karate Championship, Irvine California with over 5,000 competitors and the World Karate Champion of the 1991 World Karate Championship in Montreal Canada. Presently, Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka runs 10 Karate schools with over 120 students in the Tokyo area. He also travels extensively throughout the world tirelessly promoting the benefits of both Shorinjiryu and Koshiki Karatedo with the hope of Karate becoming a permanent sport within the Olympic games.<\/p>\n
